Inmate messaging apps are the best method of keeping in contact with a family member or friend who is currently in jail. These apps have been specifically created to meet prison regulations and permit family members and friends to send and receive messages and photos, eCards, video calls, as well as money into their trust account at the prison. In addition to these messaging apps, there are a number of federal inmate apps that provide additional services like video visitation and phone calls.
